TPR 20 and Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia means ‘muscle and connective tissue pain’ (‘fibro’ means fibrous tissue,
‘myo’ means muscle and ‘algos’ means pain).

Fibromyalgia is one of the most common chronic pain conditions. The disorder affects
an estimated 10 million people in the U.S. and an estimated 3-6% of the world population.
While it is most prevalent in women —75-90 percent of the people who have FM are
women —it also occurs in men and children of all ethnic groups.

If you have Fibromyalgia, you owe it to yourself to read this section and the Fibromyalgia
testimonials. Fibromyalgia sufferers have reported life-changing pain relief with
TPR 20.

About Fibromyalgia Pain

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread pain and also allodynia, a heightened
and painful response to pressure.

Most people with fibromyalgia also experience moderate to extreme fatigue, sleep
disturbances, sensitivity to touch, light, and sound, and cognitive difficulties.
Many individuals also experience a number of other symptoms and overlapping conditions,
such as irritable bowel syndrome, lupus and arthritis.

All Fibromyalgia patients experience pain in the different pressure points, or tender
points as shown in the image below. In order to formally diagnose Fibromyalgia,
one must experience pain in at least 11 of the 18 pressure points. However, some
people have pain in fewer than eleven points and are still considered to suffer from Fibromyalgia.

People with Fibromyalgia also report tender points near and around the lymph glands,
for example both front and back muscles encircling the armpits. Thus in women triggering
pain migrating into the breasts and of course the back.

Describe the pain in your own words and rate the pain from 1 to 10 (1 = no pain,
10 = the worst pain you can imagine).

Repeat this exercise every week as you start using TPR 20 (or any other product).
