Several years ago I was introduced to a topical pain reliever called TPR 20 cream.

I am not quick to recommend a new product until I have experience with it in helping patients. One of the first persons that it helped was myself when I had a pulled muscle from a leg cramp on the same day that I had a squash game booked. About 2 hours before my game I massaged TPR 20 cream into the calf muscle for about 10 minutes and I had so much relief of symptoms that I was able to play squash without any hint of pain in my leg whatsoever.

Because of my positive personal experience I began to recommend TPR 20 cream for almost any type of musculoskeletal pain and also for neurogenic pain. I continue to be pleasantly surprised at the multiple uses for this cream for acute and chronic tendonitis.

I have also seen remarkable effects with arthritic joints whether they be small joints in the hands or feet but also the larger joints such as hip and knee. I have also used TPR 20 cream to treat post herpetic neuralgia.

The beauty of these topical treatments is that they are completely free of any side effects when compared to the multiple side effects of oral analgesics and oral Nsaids. I continue to recommend this product on a daily basis simply because I know that it has a very high success rate in alleviating many patients’ symptoms.

Sincerely yours,

Pain relief medications are an essential part of modern medicine.
However, beyond whether they are the right ones to give relief in a given situation, they have two major problems:

All the oral medications have side effects.
These are well documented in the literature and in the public domain.

Just as great a concern is the phenomena of addiction and dependence to pain relief medication.

According to the US Department of Health and Human Services, 5.2 million people in the US were addicted to painkillers in 2006; a 20% increase on the year before. The term used to describe this is using prescription and over-the-counter drugs for “non-medical” use.

The use of pain killers almost always begins with a genuine medical need. This might be post-surgical, for the pain of cancer, chronic back pain, arthritis, and many other painful conditions. Where powerful opiate painkillers are used the imminent danger of addiction is great as all opioid medication is especially addictive.

In a famous case the wife of then US presidential candidate, Cindy McCain, became addicted to Percocet and Vicodin, both powerful opiate painkillers given to her following two spinal surgeries. The addiction increased to the point where she was taking upwards of twenty pills a day. She was able to obtain illegal prescriptions from physicians. With considerable help and treatment in a care facility she was able to end three years of addiction. This is not uncommon. Mrs. McCain now openly campaigns to support those who have become addicted to painkillers.

Addiction to painkillers is not a dark backstreet phenomena. It can happen to anyone who is not monitored closely by their physician, family and friends. Even then painkiller addiction occurs. These drugs are so easy. You simply take a pill and the pain is substantially reduced or eliminated.

The fact that these painkillers work with little effort makes them the first choice for pain management for many people. Physicians often prescribe painkillers rather than refer to a pain clinic where other means are available.

People who regularly take opioid painkillers build up a tolerance. They think the drugs are not working and take more and higher doses to get the same result. They also build up an emotional tolerance. This is the beginning of true addiction.

As addiction grows so does the pain and discomfort of withdrawal. This may feel like an exacerbation of the original pain symptoms. As soon as the drug is taken the withdrawal symptoms disappear and the person feels relieved of pain, relaxed, and free of tension and emotional distress. Over time, the person will choose to manage withdrawal symptoms through regularly taking more painkillers, sometimes without even realizing the withdrawal symptoms are caused by the drug itself.

Unlike Heroine and Cocaine, painkillers are legally available. Physicians are quick to prescribe. Advertising reminds the community daily of how effective painkillers are. People are lured into believing these drugs are safe. They are not safe at all. People who would not normally consider taking an addictive substance can easily become dependant.

Dependency is also an issue where the source of pain is not resolved. Individuals may become dependant on Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs such as Aspirin and Tylenol. No prescription is required for these OTC drugs to control pain and with continued, unchecked, use these drugs then become a source of dangerous side effects.

In time the addiction to painkillers becomes the main object in someone’s life. They seek to maintain a constant level of the drug in their body to avoid having to experience withdrawal. Their physician may notice their increased need and become less willing to prescribe. The insurance provider can be less willing to meet the cost of the increased drug use. It is at this point of desperation that the addict may turn to “illegal” drugs on the black market to meet their needs.

The risks to the population increase proportionally as painkillers are used more in medicine. The numbers are already shocking. It is vital that responsible physicians guide their patients to more complete solutions to the sources of pain. There is also an overwhelming need for medical authority to support their customers and patients in seeking pain treatments other than the reliance on oral drugs.

The path to non-addictive pain relief is being led by the use of the topical pain relief product TPR 20. This combination of safe, highly effective pain block and all-natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and tissue repair support has no risk of addiction or side effects. It is applied directly to the skin at the point of pain without any limits on frequency of use.

Threatened with an annual increase in prescription drug addiction, TPR 20 is the safe way of the future for pain relief.

The time is right for a rapid, effective treatment for Shingles. TPR 20, a topical pain and anti-inflammatory cream, is just that; the most effective, fastest and safest remedy for Shingles. Half a million sufferers need it available now.

The treatment of Shingles is still, largely, unsuccessful in conventional medical therapy. According to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases there are 499,999 new cases per year; that is 41,666 per month, 9,615 per week and 1,369 per every day. Because of the nature of Shingles, it attacks mostly people over the age of 50 with reduced immunity.

Of all skin diseases Shingles is perhaps the most painful. Shingles is caused by a virus. This is the varicella zoster, one of the herpes viruses.

The first exposure to varicella zoster leads to Chicken pox. In almost all cases this is a mild infection in early years. The symptoms, small vesicles which are extremely itchy, occur mainly on the trunk with lesser occurrence on the head and limbs. Chicken pox is highly contagious. Wise mothers have often taken their uninfected children to play with any other kids in their area who have the symptoms in the hope that they catch the virus which is highly contagious. The rationale is that the earlier a healthy child has the disease the milder its course. Once a child has had Chicken pox there is a lifelong immunity to further infection.

However the virus remains latent in the part of the body’s nervous system inside the spine. A healthy immune system can keep it suppressed indefinitely. But later in life, typically over the age of 50, the virus can be reactivated and this results in Shingles. The virus leads directly to inflammation in the sensory nerves.

Shingles often begins with headaches, fever and a general feeling of being unwell.

The disease appears on the skin as a painful rash typically on the trunk but may appear on the face, in the eyes or on other parts of the body. This may be described as a burning pain, intense itching, a high level of sensitivity, or pins-and-needles with numbness. Agonizing stabbing pain can also occur. During the course of Shingles the rash develops into small blisters, called vesicles, and may in severe cases lead to scarring.

The distribution of the rash on the body depends on the area of skin connected with the infected spinal nerve. This is called a dermatome. The duration of Shingles is typically 2-4 weeks but can continue for months or even years, a condition called post herpetic neuralgia in 10-15% of cases. This can result in continued, severe, pain with nerve damage.

Vaccines against Chicken pox may result in increased incidence of Shingles due to the lack of conferred immunity. If there is less Chicken pox in children then there will be no boosting of immunity by exposure to Chicken pox for middle and older aged people and thus there will be more shingles, at least until all the elderly have been vaccinated as children but this assumes that immunity conferred by vaccination is lifelong. The greater the Chicken pox vaccination rates the higher the initial incidence of shingles will be until everyone was vaccinated.

How does TPR20 do this?

TPR 20’s pain relief comes from the safe, effective dental anesthetic Lidocaine which stops pain nerve transmission and from Menthol which assists in inhibiting pain transmission and reduction of inflammation.

TPR 20’s anti-inflammatory action comes from an array of proven natural compounds. This complex inhibits the immune signal system called cytokines as well as the activity of prostaglandins and cyclooxygenase pathways. This is perhaps the most comprehensive anti-inflammatory system in medicine. TPR 20 also contains an array of antioxidants to ensure the effects of inflammation are contained and the tissue damage to the nerves caused by the Shingles virus is minimized.

TPR 20 contains proven anti-viral compounds to stop Shingles at it most basic level.

TPR 20 can be applied directly to the area of the pain and inflammation. This is the most effective delivery system for those suffering from Shingles. TPR 20 is so completely safe and free of potential dependency, addiction risks and side effects that it can be used as many times daily as needed in the initial phase of treatment.

TPR 20 is also very economical due to the small amount of TPR 20 that is needed per application. As a result TPR 20 delivers more applications per tube than any other on the market.

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disorder whose main manifestation is pain. RA is not fatal. However, it can mark an ending to a mobile life, and start an entrapment in a body whose joints have become stiff and crippled. It affects 1 individual in every 100. While not as widespread as osteoarthritis, RA can become severe more rapidly. Most people who are going to have RA are between the ages of 20 and 40. But it can begin at any age.

Recent medical research has associated the onset of RA with a genetic disposition. It is also considered an autoimmune disease. This means that an initial infection triggers an immune reaction that attacks our own natural cells and tissues as well as the invader. This onset can be rapid and acute in some cases, in others slow and insidious.

Current medical opinion considers it is the Epstein Barr virus which triggers an autoimmune reaction with type 2 collagen. This is the collagen found in joints. Despite this specific target RA can create pain, inflammation and tissue destruction in skin, blood vessels, the heart, lungs and muscles. This makes it a very dangerous disease as well as painful and crippling.

It is clear that the destruction of the joints, cartilage, and bone is an inflammatory event. The immune system unleashes waves of inflammatory cell mediators called cytokines, as well as a host of other triggers and cell compounds to attack and overcome invaders. The immune cascade in RA attacks the joints and tissues and generates massive destruction from free radicals.

While research into the exact onset and causes of RA continues, the inflammation can be contained and the destruction and pain minimized.

Painkillers alone cannot do this. Pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories have notorious side effects and do not contribute to healing. The current resources of the medical pharmacy offer short term relief and long term prospect is daunting for those suffering from the disease. Side effects and the limits of the drugs themselves offer containment at best.

A new approach to treatment is needed. One that improves on pain management, controls inflammation at the immune system level, introduces effective antioxidant compounds and above all promotes the body’s own natural healing and repair. This improvement would also be applied topically rather than swallowed. By this method all the effect would be directed to the site of the pain, inflammation, oxidation and destruction without side effects.

This new approach is the TPR 20.
TPR 20’s lidocaine and menthol combine to produce rapid, completely safe, pain relief: the primary goal. The anti-inflammatory herbs inhibit the destructive cytokines, other natural compounds and vitamins in the formulation begin the process of restoring normal, pain free function in the joints. The topical application of TPR 20 is significant: straight to the problem area with no side effects. It is the ideal long-term aid for RA as it helps the joints to heal after the symptoms are controlled.

The method of application is simple. A dime-sized amount is applied to the area of pain and massaged in. We recommend that two minutes after the initial application this is repeated. The repeat applications are meant to break the cycle of pain. From there on the individual’s pain levels are the guide as to reapplication. There are no side effects.

In the first days of TPR 20 use, some individuals will use it 8-10 times per day. The frequency of application reduces over time to a maintenance of 2-3 applications.

So simple, and according to users so effective.

- Rowan Hamilton.

Medical research now reveals that osteoarthritis is not an inevitable consequence of aging. The pain and loss of mobility that effects 80% of all North Americans is entirely avoidable. Even after the onset of osteoarthritis there is relief beyond the dangerous and often ineffectual regimes of pain killers. Now over 40 million people are advised to take these for the rest of their lives.

The finality of the “wear and tear” concept of osteoarthritis is simply outmoded. Formal medical research now shows that osteoarthritis is an inflammatory and oxidative condition like so many other diseases.

The cartilage is thought to be the sole area of destruction in osteoarthritis. This is not so. The surrounding bone and synovial membrane becomes inflamed too. Why the cartilage becomes so damaged is now clear.

Cartilage has no blood supply. It has no lymph drainage or nerves. It is supported by nutrients diffusing passively from the surrounding fluids. The cartilage itself is composed of four elements, collagen, proteoglycans, a complex protein/glycogen molecule with structural and water retaining capability, water and chondrocytes. Chondrocytes are the cells which renew the cartilage and consume old, worn out, cells by enzyme action. Even microscopic damage from “wear and tear” can result in inflammation.

However the oxidation process itself with the release of free radicals can begin the degenerative process creating inflammation and pain. If the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant capability of the body as a whole and the surrounding tissues in particular is unable to control this process it will become chronic. All the pathology with pain and crippling deformity stems from this.

A diet focused on antioxidant and anti-inflammatory foods with the informed use of nutritional supplements is the very best preventative. This is true for so many diseases. Once the first symptoms of osteoarthritis appear however, whether it is in the fingers, hips or knees, there is a complete treatment now available. The TPR20.

The design of the ideal treatment for osteoarthritis would incorporate a safe, rapid pain relief with
anti-inflammatories, antioxidants and compounds which will enhance the body’s own healing capacity to enhance cell and tissue regeneration. This design would also be applied topically, right where you need it, when you need it. This would concentrate the necessary ingredients to the joints instead of filtering them through 96,000 miles of blood vessels as happens when you swallow capsules.

TPR20 was developed over many years to do just these things. It uses advanced natural compounds such as Green Tea extracts, Boswellia, MSM and Glucosamine each with a unique contribution to remedying the condition. TPR20 also delivers a local pain relief Lidocaine which has been used safely in dentistry for over seventy years. With this rapid pain relief delivered by the Lidocaine, often in minutes, the body can move from being guarded around the source of pain to healing. Then the anti-inflammatory herbs, antioxidants, tissue repair nutrients, minerals can support cartilage repair.

TPR20 is probably the first complete treatment for osteoarthritis and has already returned pain free mobility and freedom to countless customers.

Only 1-4 millimeters long they plague families and travelers in the outdoors with their bites. No see ums are known to science as the 4000 species in the family Ceratopogonidae and are related to the black flies. To anyone who lives in or goes into the wilds they are called biting midges, midges, punkies, sand flies, no-see-ums and many other local names.

No see ums’ habitats are anywhere where there is moisture to lay their eggs. Beeches, swamps, creeks, lakes, pools, ponds, anywhere there is standing water for the few days required for their eggs to hatch. It is not only beyond the cities that they come to feast on us. A patch of water on a construction site, garden or even from air conditioning units can become a breeding ground.

Some of the species are so small they can pass through regular window screens or tent netting. Only specialist clothing with micro fine netting can give complete protection against No see ums bites.

It is only the female no see ums that bite. They seek blood to enable their eggs to mature. So successful are they at breeding that no see ums can be found in vast numbers, often visible as black swarms in the morning or evening.

Chiropractic Whiplash Treatment and TPR 20

TPR 20 is one of the most important tools I use to help patients suffering from injuries associated with whiplash. It is a simple and effective way of controlling pain, inflammation and moving my patients through the three phases of healing at a faster rate.

In order to show what TPR 20 can do for whiplash I need to explain what tissues are damaged with this type of injury. I will then be able to share the three phases of healing involved in a whiplash injury and then how TPR 20 aids in the recovery process. My goal is to impress upon your mind how incredible TPR 20 is and how it is a smart option to utilize in patient recovery.

I was told recently by a supply representative that the lotions that are available on the market today focus on pain relief or reduction of inflammation not both. If the reduction of pain and inflammation was all that TPR20 provided I would be happy because it targets both. TPR20 has exceeded my expectations, not only does it target pain and inflammation but provides more to aid the patient back to health. Let me explain.

In a whiplash injury the main tissues injured are tendons, ligaments, fascia, muscle and nerve. Injury to these tissues creates pain, inflammation and muscle spasm. With increased inflammation and muscle spasm more pressure can be placed on nerves. When this happens the body thinks the problem is worse. What ensues is more muscle spasm as the brain tries to keep the body from moving more and damaging nerves. A vicious downward cycle can be created with pain increasing, increased inflammation and muscle spasms. This is why someone in an auto accident can feel fine right after the accident and the next day be in intense pain not able to move. The most common complaints after a whiplash injury are headaches, neck pain, arm pain, shoulder pain and pain radiating into upper back.

If TPR 20 is introduced at the beginning of treatment pain, inflammation and muscle spasm can be controlled. By doing this, the process of healing can occur at a faster pace. Studies have shown that the faster motion is restored to a joint the quicker it can heal. As a chiropractor my job is to restore motion to a joint which will help relieve pressure on nerves, reduce muscle tension, decrease inflammation and help the body heal faster. TPR 20 has greatly increased my patient’s ability to heal after whiplash injuries. In fact almost all injuries that I have encountered with my patient have been improved by applying TPR20.

Three Stages of Healing

In a whiplash injury there are three stages of healing. Appling TPR20 quickens and improved the body ability to heal in all three phase.

The Acute of inflammatory phase (0-72 hours)

Also called the inflammatory stage, the acute phase occurs at the time of the injury, and continues for up to 4 days. During the acute phase, inflammation occurs. The purpose of the inflammation is to neutralize toxins so that the repair process (which occurs in later stages) can begin.

While the initial inflammatory phase is one that protects us, it can cause problems as well. If the inflammation gets out of control, it can spread to areas that are not injured, or last for periods of time longer than what is needed. Since the inflammatory phase sends out search and destroy chemicals, it may break down some of the healthy tissue. Also, the swelling causes a splinting of the joint.

Treatment in the acute phase of injury (first four days) requires the doctor to reduce any swelling (inflammation) that might further push on the spinal cord or its nerves and to reduce pain. Restoring motion is also important in this phase, the motion helps increase circulation into and out of the joint complex. While it may temporally increase inflammation, it also helps carry out inflammatory substances.

As mentioned the main soft tissues injured after a whiplash are muscles, ligaments, fascia, nerve and tendons. Ligaments, fascia and tendons are made of collagen. When the ligaments and tendons are injured, the body produces collagen to heal them. The problem with ligaments and tendons is that the body offers them a poor blood supply and therefore a poor chance to completely heal.

TPR20 aids a doctor in this first phase of healing by providing control over inflammation and by providing building blocks for the formation of good collagen fibers. The control of inflammation and pain allow the patient more mobility after an accident and increase the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Because new collagen fibers are laid down irregularly the increased motion will allow the collagen to form along tension lines and not in a haphazard matrix. TPR 20 also increases blood supply to muscle and protect nerves from damage.

TPR20 provides the following ingredients that enhance healing in phase I:

Devils Claw: Provides pain relief, help control inflammation, can be compared to the strength of cortisone of phenylbutazone.

Willow Bark Extract: Provides pain relief, help control inflammation.

Lidocaine: Pain relief by blocking pain signals at the nerve ending to tissue

Menthol: One of the safest pain relievers and anti-inflammatory

Boswellia: Effective anti-inflammatory and pain reliever

Folic acid: Prevents nerve damage from pain

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA): Protects nerve tissue from free radical damage.

Green Tea Extract: Blocks inflammation-causing cytokines

Glucosamine Sulfate: Important in the formation of synovial fluid that will cushion joints and increase joint range of motion.

MSM: Methyl Sulfonyl Methane removes pain and inflammation causing toxins.

Evening Primrose Oil: Increases the production of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins that reduce pain and inflammation.

Phytondione (vitamin K1): Necessary for normal blood clotting

Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate): A proven inflammation fighter

Why NSAIDs are not the best option

Injured muscles release healing prostaglandins that cause collagen to be laid down in muscle fibers to make them larger and stronger. NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) slows healing by blocking healing prostaglandins, thus delaying recovery and collagen production. They prevent bones, muscles, tendon and ligaments from thickening and becoming stronger. Studies performed using NSAIDs and their effects on animal ligaments showed a 32% decrease in strength in the injured ligaments compared with injured ligaments of the controls. TPR 20 provides the body with healing ingredients that help the body develop good collagen fibers naturally and help decrease pain at the same time.

The Sub-Acute or Repair Phase (Day 4 – Day 21)

The sub-acute stage of healing takes place between the 4th to the 21st day after the injury occurs. This stage is marked by new growth of connective tissue and capillaries, to help repair damaged structures. Tissues in this stage are very fragile, so placing stress on the injured area is best limited to a therapist’s or doctors skilled hands. During the sub-acute stage, inflammation decreases and pain that is related to damage tissue may occur.

The proliferative phase is characterized by angiogenesis, collagen deposition, granulation tissue formation, epithelialization, and wound contraction.[4] In angiogenesis, new blood vessels are formed by vascular endothelial cells.[5] In fibroplasia and granulation tissue formation, fibroblasts grow and form a new, provisional extracellular matrix (ECM) by excreting collagen and fibronectin.

In this phase TPR 20 provides the body with building block to speed up healing. All the ingredients listed above are still helping with inflammation and pain that continues into this phase of healing.

TPR20 provides the following ingredients that enhance healing in phase II:

Allantoin: Promotes the formation of new healthy cells

Alpha Lipoic Acid: Is a super-antioxidant and protects nerve tissue from free radical damage.

Green Tea Extract: One of the most powerful antioxidant compounds

Citrus Bioflavonoid: Strengthens the circulatory system. The more blood and oxygen the injured tissue the faster that tissue can heal.

Glucosamine Sulfate: Important for the formation of bones, tendons, ligaments cartilage and synovial fluid. It is said to be the first effective, root-level remedy with joint building power.

MSM: Repairs damaged cartilage, muscle, tendon and joint. It also helps regenerate healthy new tissue.
Vitamin A: Is known to help repair damaged tissue and may be beneficial in counteracting free radical damage.

Vitamin C: Has been shown as a key building block in the formation of cartilage, collagen and other types of joint tissue. Inadequate levels of nutrients (mainly vitamin C and oxygen) from either inadequate dietary intake or poor transport through the vascular system can lead to poor tissue formation, increase in pain and more probable susceptibility to injury later on.

The Remodeling or Maturation Phase (After 21 days)

During this phase the collagen fibers are maturing and are becoming stronger. In fact the first 6 weeks, new collagen production dominates the wound healing process, deposited randomly in acute wound granulation tissue. As the wound matures, collagen is remodeled into a more organized structure with increased tensile strength. Gradually, type I collagen replaces type III.

TPR 20 continues its role in this final stage of healing by aiding in formation of good collagen fibers. Ingredients that help this phase have been listed already in phase II.

The Spine Research Institute of San Diego recognizes that many of the chronic pain sufferers and persons disabled by whiplash injury might be spared that fate by a more effective and broad scope approach to treatment and rehabilitation. Rather than the common passive role, patients should be encouraged to take an active part in their rehabilitation, and should be provided with every means practical to make a quick and complete recovery.

I hope by now you know why I love to use TPR 20 and its uses extend beyond whiplash. I have not found its equal. It has been a great addition to my practice. It has offered my patients faster healing, less time in pain and time saved due to less frequent treatments. I cannot think of anything better for a patient to use between treatments then TPR 20.

If you have any questions about TPR 20 and its many uses please feel free to call me.

Sincerely,

You have overwhelming pain; it drains you physically and emotionally to the point you really don’t know what to do. You can hardly walk, if at all, and you don’t even consider bending your back. At times, tears of pain flow uncontrollably. Drugs like Vicodin, Percocet and Cortisone become forms of temporary pain relief, and of course… epidurals.

Your world now revolves around your sciatic pain.

What causes Sciatic Pain

Sciatic pain is a symptom of a medical condition. The underlying medical condition can be anything from a pinched nerve to a tumor or prostate cancer.

As you know by now, the sciatic nerve starts at your buttocks and ends in your feet. The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in your body and is inflamed due to the underlying medical condition. The inflammation of the nerve causes your pain.

For this reason, your doctor has prescribed you anti-inflammatory drugs to try and calm down the inflammation of the sciatic nerve which in turn reduces the pain.

Unfortunately, the drugs only provide temporary relief and can cause side effects, especially when they are taken over a longer period of time.

Must-Do when you have Sciatic Pain

Getting sciatic pain relief is essential for your quality of life. However, in most cases you will be treating the symptom of the underlying medical condition. Make sure to visit your medical professional and find out what causes your pain.

The best possible outcome is complete relief of sciatica pain by treating the underlying medical condition.

But for now you only care about one thing: getting rid of the pain – fast.

How to get sciatic pain relief

As mentioned, sciatic pain is caused by the inflammation of the sciatic nerve.
When you relieve the inflammation, you relieve the pain.

There are a few properties the ideal sciatic pain relief solution needs to have:

Topical application
The cause of sciatic pain can often be pointed out. It makes sense to apply a pain relief and anti-inflammatory solution right on the cause of the pain and inflammation.

Not a maximum number of applications
In most cases, relieving the sciatic pain will not resolve the underlying medical condition. As a result the pain can come back. You will benefit most from a solution that can be applied without limitation.

No side effects
You will use the solution for a longer period of time, so you want to ensure there are no negative side effects.

Multiple ingredients for the same problem
A solution with multiple ingredients that attack pain and/or inflammation is more beneficial than a solution that has one ingredient for pain and/or inflammation solution.

100% Money Back Guarantee
There are many pain relief products that do not work. A money back guarantee protects you and shows a company that stands behind its product.

And yes – TPR 20 Topical Pain Relief and Anti-Inflammation Cream has all the properties for sciatic pain relief:

Topical application
TPR 20 is a cream, you apply it where it hurts, when it hurts.

No maximum number of applications
TPR 20 is a safe product that can be applied as often as needed.

No side effects
TPR 20 has no known negative side effects.

Multiple ingredients for the same problem
TPR 20 contains two pain relieving ingredients (menthol and lidocaine) and 18 botanical ingredients of which at least 10 fight inflammation.

100% Money Back Guarentee
TPR 20 has a 100% money back guarantee – it will provide sciatic pain relief, or your money back.

        About Fibromyalgia Pain

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread pain and also allodynia, a heightened
and painful response to pressure.

Most people with fibromyalgia also experience moderate to extreme fatigue, sleep
disturbances, sensitivity to touch, light, and sound, and cognitive difficulties.
Many individuals also experience a number of other symptoms and overlapping conditions,
such as irritable bowel syndrome, lupus and arthritis.

All Fibromyalgia patients experience pain in the different pressure points, or tender
points as shown in the image below. In order to formally diagnose Fibromyalgia,
one must experience pain in at least 11 of the 18 pressure points. However, some
people have pain in fewer than eleven points and are still considered to suffer from Fibromyalgia.

People with Fibromyalgia also report tender points near and around the lymph glands,
for example both front and back muscles encircling the armpits. Thus in women triggering
pain migrating into the breasts and of course the back.

How TPR 20 Can Help Fibromyalgia Pain

People who have used TPR 20 for Fibromyalgia reported life-changing relief: being
able to sleep through the night, fewer or no muscle spasms, relief of swelling and
discomfort, et cetera.

It can be difficult to reach some of the painful areas but TPR 20 users have reported
great and definite relief when TPR 20 is applied, especially on a regular basis.

Based on customer feedback, the most effective way to use TPR 20 for Fibromyalgia
seems to apply it to the pressure points that hurt.

Applying the cream after a warm shower seems to help too.

        A Final Tip

Fewer things are easier to forget than the impact of pain.

To appreciate the impact TPR 20 has on your life it helps to record your pain situation
before you start using the product.

You can write down the pain levels for different areas: hands, neck, knees, et cetera.
Describe the pain in your own words and rate the pain from 1 to 10 (1 = no pain,
10 = the worst pain you can imagine).

Repeat this exercise every week as you start using TPR 20 (or any other product).

Whiplash can result from injuries incurred during other activities. These include amusement park rides, horse riding,

With TPR 20 there is a safe and effective solution for whiplash injuries.
TPR 20 and Whiplash injury is a post from: TPR20Info.com

Whiplash injury is a term coined in the 1920s. It describes neck injuries caused by sudden, violent movements of the head. In recent years Whiplash injury has come to be associated with car accidents. Whiplash can result from injuries incurred during other activities. These include amusement park rides, horse riding, sports injuries, falls and many other ways in which forces act on the neck.

The adult human head weighs upwards of 10 lbs. It is delicately balanced on a column of bones, the vertebra, between it and the shoulders.

Think of the head as a bowling ball balanced on a few Lego bricks. Each Lego brick is attached to the next by tough fibers, the ligaments. The muscles surrounding the neck act like tent ropes to both stabilize the head and control movement. There is a vertical hole in the Lego bricks through which run the nerves of the spinal column connecting communication between the head and the rest of the body. Blood vessels run alongside.

It is a beautifully designed system which lasts a lifetime until it is injured.

The principle of a whiplash injury is simple. We know what happens as over 1 million of these injuries occur every year in North America. In the common “rear-ender” the force of the moving car is transferred to the stationary one in front. The stationary car, with it occupants, is moved rapidly forwards. The force first moves the occupants heads backwards as it is transferred through the seat. Then the forward movement takes over. The body is fixed to the seat by the restraining belt and the unrestrained head moves forward in a whiplash action.

Simple.

However this is not a gentle movement.

The forward acceleration of the head on its delicate balance can be as much as 7G and in some cases much more. This creates a large kinetic energy. Just picture the bowling ball suddenly accelerating then instantly stopping. This is what causes the damage.

Ligaments are ripped

Tendons shear from the muscles

Connective tissue is torn

Nerves are stretched and torn

The body goes into shock

The forward movement of the head is restrained at the end of its forward motion and experiences a rapid deceleration. The effect on the brain is not unlike being hit by a blow from a giant boxer. The cerebral cortex can become bruised and the nerves in the deep white matter experience damage by stretching and tearing.

The sum of the damage from microscopic tearing throughout the area to measurable trauma is whiplash injury.

The signs and symptoms can occur immediately or after a period of time. the more rapidly the signs and symptoms occur the greater the risk of serious damage.

The most common symptoms are:

Neck Pain

Shoulder pain

Neck Swelling

Neck stiffness

Headache

Tenderness in the back of the neck

Muscle spasm

Pain radiating from the neck into either shoulder or arm

Dizziness

Weakness, tingling or loss of movement in the arms or legs

Fatigue

Blurred vision

Sleep disturbance or irritability in young children

Ringing in ears

Difficulty concentrating

Memory problems

Numbness in the arms and hands

Lower back pain

These symptoms are the result of pain, inflammation, oxidative stress and tissue damage.

The faster these factors can be resolves the more rapid and complete the healing. Some people are incapacitated for life. Others experience a combination of symptoms and chronic pain.

Immediate, expert, medical attention is always vital. Anti-inflammatory and pain medication will be available. It is right from the initial event that tpr20 becomes an important addition to the treatment.

Applied topically and locally to the site of the injury the pain relief is concentrated where it is needed. The anti-inflammatory action is focused at the site of the injury. The complex formula also inhibits oxidative stress and creates the inner environment whereby the damaged tissues can heal.

As tpr20 does not have the same dose limitations as internal pain medication, applications can be as frequent as every two to three minutes in the initial period in complete safety.

Sunburn is a real burn. It is just as damaging as a burn from fire or heat and needs
just as much care.

The reason that over 40% of North Americans will have some degree of sunburn this
year is that the source is with us every day, the sun. And because it is with us
every day we get careless.

No-one would put their hand in a fire on purpose to burn themselves just a little
bit would they? Yet we love to be out in the sun. We love its warmth, we love how
we feel with the sun on our skin. Sunlight makes us happy. We are re-learning about
the health benefits of vitamin D made by the action of sunlight on our skin.

Our wonderful bodies even have a system to limit the damage to our skin caused by
too much sunlight radiation. It is a photoprotectant pigment called melanin which
is widely found in nature and derives from the amino acid tyrosine. Our bodies produce
this pigment in the epidermis. The very outer layer of our skin. We know when it
is doing this as we develop a suntan.

Ultraviolet rays in sunlight, known as UV, create free radicals in unprotected skin
which damage DNA. Melanin transforms up to 99% of UV rays into heat. Making it the
most efficient protection against burning skin damage possible.

However production of melanin in the skin is on a need basis and is relatively slow.
By the time we have finished our annual vacation we have produced enough melanin
to give us protection from UV rays. In northern winters we produce very little.
For one thing we need as much vitamin D production as we can get and melanin reduces
this.

The natural skin colours of people who live at different latitudes are easily understood
when the skin is viewed as a vitamin D factory. The further away from the equator
we live, sunlight is reduced, and the most efficient vitamin D production is needed.

Yet, when a”northern” skin comes out of winter, white and doing its
best to make vitamin D, it is vulnerable to burning as it has little or no melanin
to protect it from the UV rays.

So we head for the sun as soon as we can, off come our protective clothes and we
burn. Even in winter our faces can burn on a bright day. But the rest of our skin
has been rapped up and has no protection of its own. Melanin is not like a window
blind which we can close at a moments notice.

Wise people and the wise parents of children know about hats, long sleeves and slow
exposure to develop a protective tan. They know about appropriate sun protection
products without toxic chemicals and how to use them properly. They also know that
a high intake of antioxidants through healthy food can decrease UV sensitivity in
the skin just it protects the rest of the body against free radical damage.

When we do not take care we develop a sunburn. This begins with reddened skin and
pain. It is a real burn, either first or even second degree. The UV damage to DNA
in skin cells produces an immune reaction with inflammation.

Unprotected skin can turn red in as little as 30 minutes but usually it takes 2
to 6 hours. Pain can last 48 hours. Sunburn continues to develop for 24 to 72 hours
as the DNA damage by free radicals develops. Skin cell death leads to peeling skin
in 3 to 8 days. This can continue for weeks with itching.

So for the millions who will have sunburn this year having forgotten the appropriate
protective information, there is TPR20. This complex pain topical cream gives rapid
relief from pain and reduces inflammation and free radical cell damage. Results
are immediate. The pain can be controlled with renewed applications on the burn
and damage will be minimized.

Carry TPR20 in your day pack when going out in the sun. It will be worth it.

If the burn is extreme with blistering do find medical assistance immediately.

This afternoon, April 28, 2010, I met a young man who had surgery some weeks ago for carpal tunnel syndrome. The wounds from the surgery were still healing, not quite closed and red with inflammation.

This man is one of over 500,000 who have surgery for this condition every year in North America

He was struggling with the implications for his future. He spoke of the months of increasing disability that lead to the surgery. He had found out from reputable medical sources that as many as 150,000 of those who would have this surgery this year would have loss of wrist strength for good.

He also knew that there might be other complications in his elbows and shoulders. He told me how his career as a carpenter was probably over.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) falls under the medical category of arthritis. Yet its causes can derive from a wide range of events. CTS is sometimes associated with trauma, pregnancy, multiple myeloma, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes. It has been reported as being connected to allergic reactions to Prozac and other drugs. There are connections with work related events connected to repetitive strain, typing and vibration. Whatever the direct and indirect causes of CTS the result is swelling.

The carpal tunnel transports the median nerve and ten tendons through the carpal bones. This is the central of three major nerves to the hand. The eight carpal bones support the wrist and enable its remarkable flexibility. Compression of the nerve by swelling leads to weakness and muscle wasting in the hand. The pressure can be due to fluid or swelling of one or more of the tendons.

Currently accepted treatments offer braces, injection with steroids, other anti-inflammatory drugs and ultimately surgery. Nutritional support includes Omega 3 essential fatty acids, B vitamins particularly B6 and B12 and natural anti-inflammatories such as turmeric.

However for the more than 3 million North Americans experiencing CTS there is a new and successful option for long term relief. It is the first choice of treatment before resorting to injections or surgery.

TPR20 is a topical pain relief cream containing twenty synergistic ingredients. This is applied directly to the area of the wrist where the problem lies. The pain relief, and all natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and tissue repair compounds in TPR20 combine to reduce the swelling in the carpal tunnel associated with CTS.

TPR20 is not restricted by the dose limitations of steroids or other anti-inflammatory drugs. It is not limited by being taken orally where drug actions are diluted through the whole body just to find a small area of the wrist.

TPR20 goes where you need it when you need it in complete safety. Relief can be rapid and long lasting. Continued use does not lead to dependence or side effects as with other anti-inflammatory drugs.

If only I had met this young man a few weeks, or even a few months ago things might have been very different for him.

As it is TPR20 will help him to speedy recovery from his surgery and help him build his strength. With TPR20 he can go forward with his life without fear of CTS recurring with the risk of a second surgery.

Arthritis means ‘Joint Inflammation’ (‘arthro’ meaning joint and ‘itis’ meaning inflammation). The chronic inflammation results in chronic pain.

According to the US Center for Disease Control (CDC), an estimated 46 million adults in the United States have some form of arthritis.

According to the CDC, the vast majority of people with arthritis have osteoarthritis (27 million). Three other large groups are Rheumatoid Arthritis (1.3 million), gout (3 million) and fibromyalgia accounts of about 5-6 million people.

            About Arthritis Pain

As any arthritis sufferer knows, pain and arthritis go hand in hand. Initially the arthritis pain comes and goes, for many the pain eventually becomes chronic and increases in severity.

For people with chronic arthritis pain, the most obvious consequence is the loss of quality of life. The pain can be all consuming, making it difficult – if not impossible – to function normally. A few other effects that chronic pain has on many people are:

Dependency on prescription drugs

Additional health problems due to the side effects of prescription drugs

Depression and social isolation

Loss of mobility

Concentration issues

Sleep problems

Arthritis is a chronic disease that causes chronic pain. As a result, arthritis requires a long term pain relief solution without side effects. The conventional approach to arthritis pain is the use of prescription drugs. Unfortunately prescription drugs come with side effects, especially when used over a prolonged period as is necessary for sustained arthritis pain relief.

How TPR 20 Can Help Arthritis Pain

TPR 20 relieves arthritis pain fast for the short term, using two pain relievers: lidocaine and menthol.

On the longer term, TPR 20 will fight the inflammation using 10 ingredients that have anti-inflammatory properties. When joints become less inflamed, there is less pain. Using this two-step approach TPR 20 relieves the pain longer and more effectively.

Customers have reported that the pain stays away longer with regular use, resulting in fewer applications per day.

TPR 20 does not cure arthritis.
However, it relieves the pain and inflammation which allows you to be more mobile, get a better night sleep and feel better as a result.

Effectively pain management increases the quality of your life and allows you to escape the short-term-thinking cycle where all that matters is pain relief, at any cost. With effective pain management you can take longer-term steps needed to manageyour arthritis.

How to Apply TPR 20 for Arthritis

As mention, arthritis is caused by chronic inflammation. The goal with arthritis is to relieve the inflammation as much as possible, as fast as possible.

Customers have reported success using the following methods: the standard method and the warm towel method.

The vast majority of people only need the standard method. The warm-towel method usually applies to arthritis patients that have prolonged and severe chronic pain in for example the knees.

                TPR 20 Standard Method

Apply a pea-sized amount of TPR 20 to the painful area, massage the TPR 20 cream into the area. After 5 minutes, re-evaluate the pain and re-apply TPR 20 to the same area if more pain relief is needed.

Repeat this process until pain relief, up to a maximum of four to five times.

The majority of people will have pain relief at this point. However, for some people it takes more to ‘break’ the pain, especially the first time TPR 20 is used.

                TPR 20 Warm Towel Method

If the pain persists, apply a warm (the warmer the better), moist towel to the painful area for about a minute. Now re-apply the TPR 20.

Repeat this process until pain relief, up to a maximum of four to five times.

Click here to order TPR 20.

                A Final Tip

Fewer things are easier to forget than the impact of pain.

To appreciate the impact TPR 20 has on your life it helps to record your pain situation before you start using the product.

You can write down the pain levels for different areas: hands, neck, knees, et cetera. Describe the pain in your own words and rate the pain from 1 to 10 (1 = no pain, 10 = the worst pain you can imagine).

Repeat this exercise every week as you start using TPR 20 (or any other product).

    About Back Pain

Back pain is a symptom of a medical condition. The medical condition, or cause,
can be anything from intervertebral disc degeneration to sprains, fractures, arthritis,
infections and even tumors.

For people with chronic back pain, the most obvious consequence is the loss of quality
of life. The pain can be all consuming, making it difficult – if not impossible
– to function normally. A few other effects that chronic pain has on many people
are:

Dependency on prescription drugs

Additional health problems due to the side effects of prescription drugs

Depression and social isolation

Loss of mobility

Concentration issues

Sleep problems

Back pain can cause chronic pain. As a result, back pain requires a long term pain
relief solution without side effects. The conventional approach to back pain is
the use of prescription drugs. Unfortunately prescription drugs come with side effects,
especially when used over a prolonged period as is necessary for sustained arthritis
pain relief.

How TPR 20 Can Help Back Pain

TPR 20 relieves pain on the short term and goes after inflammation that causes the
pain. As a result the pain will stay away longer with regular use.

TPR 20 customers have reported back pain relief as good or better as prescription
drugs – without negative side effects.

Using TPR 20 comes with another benefit: you can apply the cream where it hurts.
Pills have to travel through your system before addressing the pain.

To get a more detailed description on how TPR 20 works, please click here.

How to apply TPR 20 for Back Pain

There are many different types of back pain. Some back pains are more ‘superficial’
and do not require many applications. Other forms of back pain can be very deep-seated
and require persistence in applying TPR 20.

Customers have reported success using the following methods: the standard method
and the warm towel method.

The vast majority of people only need the standard method. The warm-towel method
usually applies to prolonged and deep-seated back pain.

    Standard Method

Apply a pea-sized amount of TPR 20 to the painful area, massage the TPR 20 cream
into the area. After 5 minutes, re-evaluate the pain and re-apply TPR 20 to the
same area if more pain relief is needed.

Repeat this process until pain relief, up to a maximum of four to five times.

The majority of people will have pain relief at this point. However, for some people
it takes more to ‘break’ the pain, especially the first time TPR 20 is used.

    Warm Towel Method

If the pain persists, apply a warm (the warmer the better), moist towel to the painful
area for about a minute. Now re-apply the TPR 20.

Repeat this process until pain relief, up to a maximum of four to five times.

Another Option: TPR 20 and Your Chiropractor

There are chiropractors using TPR 20 successfully for back pain and in preparation
for the chiropractic adjustments.

Some chiropractors have started using the TPR 20 after it was initially brought
to their attention by a patient.

Please click here for some comments from chiropractors that use TPR 20.

    A Final Tip

Fewer things are easier to forget than the impact of pain.

To appreciate the impact TPR 20 has on your life it helps to record your pain situation
before you start using the product.

You can write down the pain levels for different areas: lower back, neck, et cetera.
Describe the pain in your own words and rate the pain from 1 to 10 (1 = no pain,
10 = the worst pain you can imagine).

Repeat this exercise every week as you start using TPR 20 (or any other product).

Your testimonials go a long way in helping other people like yourself who are suffering
from for example back pain. We would appreciate it if you can email your testimonial
to stories@tpr20info.com
